My name is Skye Meaker and I am a South African Photographer that specializes in wildlife photography for conservation and enjoyment. Since as far back as my memories go I have always loved nature and was fortunate enough to have parents that had a passion for nature as well. My Mom and Dad were also both amateur photographers and from being in the bush with them for so many years I decided I wanted to do photography. At the age of 7 my parents gave me my first camera which was a third hand “pocket rocket” and as soon as I took my first picture I instantly fell in love with wildlife photography and sharing my photos with the family. And the rest is history in the making.
